I worked with a personal banker Joel i think it was who provided the best professional information and i do not regret going i was able to save my family hundreds and got all updated accounts that i didn't know how many options their were!! I will definitely come here more due to the fact everyone treated me like i always am there and made sure the experience was there! I wish all banks were like this. At the end of the day I’ve probably been to dozens of keybanks and even other institutions but after what i have seen here i hope you guys get recognized for your hard work!!

Changing my review because the lady I spoke to was amazing and was able to help me with all the issues I was having , along with the man I spoke too! Great customer service . They helped me promptly and with pleasure.

My hard earned direct deposit from work went in on friday. I deposited a check that I had got on friday. On Saturday my account was negative. I know I have to wait for the one check to clear but we’re is my direct deposit. I’m missing a lot of money. No one can answer what happened to my money.

It’s now 9.45 on a Friday and bank claims to be open at 9 and and nobody is here . It’s not a holiday or any other reason why they shouldn’t be open . People have things they need to do and them not being open when they supposed to be is a joke . Manager needs to get with the program and do their job correctly.

So, I finally get an opportunity to stop by the Clifton Park branch on Rt.9 today to make a deposit and close my son's savings account to open up a checking. Been on my to do list for a month. I make my deposit, then ask the personal banker if I can please close my son's savings and open up a checking for him instead as he's getting charged fees every transaction over 5 per month. She said that she is sorry, but appointment only. I get why they did that throughout 2020 and early 2021, but let's get real... nobody is wearing masks anymore and not a person in there was social distancing. I explained it's difficult for me to find the time to get to the branch as it is and I'd be ok with waiting for a rep to become available. The rep then decides to check with "Amber" who apparently was too busy for me... so, I left and now sit in the parking lot submitting this review like a classic Karen. I just come across the street from Sunmark, and let me tell you... night and day difference. If it wasn't for KeyBank's outstanding bill pay service, I'd be out of here in a heartbeat. It's the only thing saving you.

I came over to Keybank after repeated issues with credit unions. Robert Ely was incredible, and I could not have asked for a better experience with account opening, as well as explanation of additional products or services that could be helpful for me. The branch manager was also very helpful in getting me taken care of and making sure that I left satisfied! I am definitely a huge fan of Keybank now, and am excited to have a reliable trustworthy bank!

Terrible bank with a super rude staff. I personally do not bank with KB(thank god), I have always banked with credit unions, but a family member does hold accounts and investments with Key Bank and have been excellent customers for 30+ years and you would think they would treat someone cashing a check on their behalf with some respect. They charge a $7.50 fee to cash a check if you're not a customer (IF they do have enough cash on hand to cash a check, they could not cash my check $20k check but regardless this is a complete racket). I recommend if you bank with Key Bank now to look into local credit unions such as Adirondack Trust, SEFCU or any local credit union. They all offer better rates, better accounts, excellent customer service and more local branches. They also don't nickel and dime your friends or employees who may need to cash a check by charging them a $7.50 fee to cash a check, I can only image what other small fees are in Key Banks small print. Stay away from Key Bank-just awful!

Every payday I come here to cash my check with no problem today I go and am unable to cash my check I asked to talk to a manager conviently she was on vacation. I will not be using this bank anymore . I will be calling corporate! Such rude people
