I then got to this company at first didn’t think they were even going to talk to me . But to my surprise, not like the other places, I went to . The gentleman behind the back counter bent over backwards to help me even called kohler for me . Don’t walk but run and shop here . 5 stare they solved my problems. Dave was prompt and efficient, however did not inform us of the service charge on credit cards when paying deposit with card (would have paid via check had he said anything about it) and Laura never followed up with response from manager however. Dave would receive 4 stars, and Laura in the office 1, since she never followed up as expected.”

“No doubt about it, the very best decision I ever made was to sign a contract with Kitchen & Bath World to remodel my kitchen. Sara designed it and listened closely to what I desired. I have signed contracts with other designers and builders in the past and unfortunately have encountered difficulties. Kitchen & Bath World employs their own experts in construction, plumbing, electrical and design so there is very little sub-contracting. In other words, no unnecessary drama or added expense. I cannot speak highly enough about my lead construction worker, Chad, a huge asset to K&BW for sure. “I was in the hardware section looking for a way to improvise a repair to my broken patio umbrella. Carl from Kitchens noticed my puzzled look and came over and asked if he could help. He was very patient and took plenty of time with me to gather the right bolts, nuts, flat and locking washers to make sure the solution would work.
