September 2023 by Brad
I was in your store on Friday September 17 to buy a few items. I used a self-check out which printed an arms-length of coupons but no receipts. I pushed the help button and a woman came over. When I explained what happened she asked "did you pay for it"? I told her yes. Someone else changed the receipt paper and left. There I was, still with no receipt. I got the first woman's attention and she asked me a second time "did you pay for it"? I told her yes. The woman who changed the paper came over with my receipt which she had found at the bottom of the receipt printer.Asking me once is reasonable. Asking me a second time is another story. Zero for customer service.

Bad salads, hard to believe they get away with selling salads at $6+ with old brown lettuce. And when you bring it to there attention it's ok, whatever. You can have a refund, but without a receipt you don't get a full refund. Ugh market 0.

This is the salad that market 32 sold me for $5.99. Brown translucent lettuce, a random black bean. A chicken blob, with red in it. I returned it, but because I didn't have a receipt, so we only got a partial refund. We are done with "un-fresh" salad from market 0.

Mary, in the floral department (PC Route 146), made 6 arrangements for my son's rehearsal dinner a week ago. I cannot say enough about how beautiful they were! I was literally speechless when I picked them up! Absolutely stunning!

Love this market. It's easy to get complacent this day and age, but when I walk into a modern grocery store, I realize how far our civilization has come. Being able to get fresh fruits and vegetables any day of the year is something we just take for granted, we shouldn't. Appreciate how much time and energy it took to get all this food here

Live close by. Needed a few items. Know the store layout and found all items. Also, as always, became engaged in conversation with another shopper. Positive experience, as usual.

Pretty poor customer service except for the employees who collect shopping carts in the parking lot. No one helps me bag or even lift the bags in a cart anymore. For a dollar off my +$70 bill, big deal, I don't even get asked if I need help. The original staff needs to be paid to come back to train everyone. I don't recommend shopping in Price Chopper and watch out for the broken asphalt in their parking lot.

I absolutely love the layout of this store! One team member was in the frozen section putting food away and I was on a rider cart and the item I wanted was on the top shelf and he offered to help me before I even asked! Excellent job ...too bad I didn't catch his name.Only bad thing was the prices were a lot higher than the one I normally go to in Glenville or Schenectady...$3.99 for a loaf of wheat bread non name brandThe young cashier didn't realize we were together at first when I started mixing my food with my sister's and he put a divider in between our orders and I chuckled so I said we're together and I felt bad because it seems as if I embarrassed him a bit.Next time I'm in that area I'll definitely be shopping there though. The service of the team members makes it such a friendly place

I was in your store yesterday (12/27/22) to grab a few things. Your employee, Nate, was very helpful and proactive. He helped me get a price check at self checkout and then waiting in line at the courtesy counter to cash in a couple of lottery tickets. He asked if I needed help and hopped behind the counter and cashed in my tickets. I was so impressed that he saw a need, and jumped in to take care of it. He could have ignored me like most store employees do, unless you ask them for help. It’s good to know that there are still young men and women out there who have good work ethic. Nice job Nate! Thank you.
