“The initial appointment was fantastic. Folks there are nice and attentive, but the aftercare is where my problems started. My mask isn’t sealing so I trimmed my beard really short and one day I got a decent score. Tried to get a good seal for the rest of the week. Never got the proper seal, so today is day two of me trying to call for some help. I get a hold of the CPAP team then transferred to a sleep coach who hasn’t answered. I‘ve left a voicemail twice so far and no response back.
Follow up: I was contacted by a sleep coach and she was knowledgeable and helpful. Giving me great feedback on how to make my mask fit well. Here’s hoping for a decent sleep score. From a one star to a five star. Thank you Hometown Healthcare.”
“The therapist was excellent & completed the required transaction professionally and efficiently.
However, when I made the appointment the staff did not inform me that the parking lot was being repaved and the only parking would require a walk up hill in blazing sun & high heat. Their office is not close to the entry. Lincare is a respiratory therapy company. All of their clients have some respiratory compromise. I was able to make the walk, but more severely compromised patients could have had their symptoms exacerbated by this avoidable stress. At least all patients with appointments on the days when the parking lot was blocked off should have been informed & rescheduled if indicated. Medical professionals should make this kind of”

“I took my Boy Friend here after we were not able to fit him in regular shoes any longer. Having had boughts of cellulitus and lymphodema his feet are wider than the typical 4E available off the shelf. Alex took the time to size him and explain options one was a brand we had tried before but AAA Elite Medical has access to ordering double depth and 6E or wider. He has been a godsent for us getting properly fitting shoes. We ordered like 5 pairs in different styles even a hiking boot.
I see people returning shoes they bought online daily. I tell them all about Alex, finding a place like this is a once and a lifetime gem a trade that is being replaced by heartless online sales. Everyone say support local this is a perfect example of that!”

“Thes folks at PrimeCare are awesome! I needed a manual wheelchair with very little notice. They answered my questions quickly on the phone, worked with my Neurologist to get the correct paperwork, and I was able to pick up the wheelchair within 36 hours of starting the process. We did most of the paperwork in advance by phone/fax and the wheelchair was all assembled and waiting form me when I arrived at their very nice showroom. Shout-out to Rose and Kris (the owner) who couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend!”
