She was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough, working closely with physician and therapist to get right garment at lowest price in efficient way. She seemed to know everything about insurance coverage, virtually every practitioner in area, and was superb every respect. The service was professional, caring and top of things, knowing insurance pitfalls and local practitioners. Highly recommend the wonderful experience.
