I walked in and within 30 seconds the friendly staff member was there to assist me. She measured my feet and went to grab a pair of boots from the back to try on..they were a perfect fit and i walked out with those boots all in less than 15 min. I was very pleased

Came in for anti-fatigue insoles, as mine had worn out. The associate was very friendly and helpful, and as I was mentioning I’d had grabbing another pair in the back of my mind, he informed me of an insane sale you guys were having, and I left with two pairs of insoles, and a brand new pair of boots. 9.9 out of 10, I love it to your store! (It would be a 10 out of 10 if I could get in more frequently after work weekdays, and not sacrifice time on the already limited weekend, but now I’m being extra picky!) Thanks again!

Nice store. But, the person working there was mildly pushy and shocked when I didn't buy anything despite mentioning that I was only looking to get my shoe size for future boot purchases.

Great experience here. Karen was fantastic!!She knew the details of our company's boot policy and took the time to make sure my husband had the proper fit. Despite it being past closing time, Karen was patient and professional. Would definitely recommend.

The store has always displayed the utmost of professionalism and knowledge when selling me work boots. I also recently found out that it is a locally owned and operated franchise, not a corporate store. I am very happy to have been supporting a local small business this entire time.
