Walking into this location and the cashier and her boyfriend standing outside near the front door smoking. So many elderly and sick ( myself) walking in for meds! HONESTLY SMOKING POLICY FOR EMPLOYEES? I’ve been coming here for 15 years and am so angry now, Hire respectful help!

They messed up my online order, but unable to make it right. Assistant manager, I think his name is Mike, was not willing to help even though the problem was on their end. Very poor customer service.It’s a good thing we have another rite aid in Clifton Park. I’m never coming back to this location.
