Went there for retail therapy and just felt rushed the whole time. Sales rep looked at me like I was crazy when I said I just wanted to look around. Kept looking at me like I was gonna steal something. Probably won’t be returning

I ordered a buy 2, get 50% off hair-dye for an online order to be delivered in 2 hours. When it arrived I only had 1 bottle of dye.I placed another order since I forgot gloves and I really wanted to dye my hair tonight (so I needed that extra bottle). I called the service number and explained what happened, and she offered to send the missing hair-dye in my second order (making 3 in total). When I got the second order I luckily had all bottles but my gloves were wrong.I had ordered a pack of 10 black and received a pack of 2 blue.Customer service was awesome, the girl at the store who offered to call me back was also very nice. But seems like they are struggling a bit with verifying orders.

Such a great place with so many nice options for nails, hair and more. Excellent customer service. Janet is so knowledgeable and friendly and its great to have a local place that has everything one needs and is so pleasant to shop in.

Janet always goes out of her way to show amazing customer service ! You can tell she is very knowledgeable & versed in cosmetology and I really appreciate how she always goes the extra mile to make sure I can locate extensions which have been hard to find lately!

She was smart with recommending products as well as being extremely pleasant to speak with. Also another plus was that she was wearing a Queensryche pendant. You really don't see that everyday at all

I went in last week to look for three items. The Staff were friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic. As I was looking for my items a staff member came over and asked if she could help me search for my items. I told her I was looking for hair rollers. They had some, but not a wide variety and some of the racks were empty. I then was looking for Camille Rose products for my hair. They had some Camille Rose Products but not all and the products that they did carry were not on the shelves. They did have the hair dye I was looking for, so it wasn't a total lost.

I decided to bleach my hair a bit ago. And I asked a lady at Sally's for advice to get the orange tint out. She gave me this purple shampoo in a gold bottle called blonde; she told me to wash my hair with it before bleaching again. So I took her advice and went home and did what she told me, I used 20 developer with the bleach. So I bleached my hair and used the purple shampoo again, I washed it towel dried it and brushed it. Worse mistake of listening to this lady with pink hair that works at Clifton Park Sally's. MY HAIR FELL ALMOST COMPLETELY OUT! I had to go to the salon and got most my hair copped off; it's the shortest I've ever been... thank u for the poor advice!

I stopped into sally because I needed some highlights. I wanted natural looking blonde. I have no experience with highlighting or doing anything other than using a box of hair color from cvs on my hair. Bella very patiently explained -step by step, what product I would need, and why. She recommended a color mixture based on the present condition of my hair and the gray coverage I needed. She even went as far as writing the directions down for me and suggesting "you tube videos" for me to watch before I started. Yes, I needed to watch them. This young lady went back and forth taking care of customers in between helping me, so that no one was waiting. She spent a long while helping me, and she was super pleasant to all whom she served while I was shopping. I could not have been more pleased with my experience here. It was very nice to be in a store where the workers are pleasant and enjoy their work. Five stars for Bella!!
