The prices have gone up so much that I don’t really enjoy going in here anymore. I have a feeling that all of the best items that come in as donations never see the light of day on any of the shelves.

I honestly felt dirty when I left there. It is poorly cleaned, items were dusty, and very disorganized. Will never be going back here.

The staff there is rude obnoxious we live in Clifton Park you pay high taxes they only take donations between 9 and 4:00 what about people that work they don't take more weekends they only take certain things you go in there to speak to the people and they're rude to you people do have jobs past 4:00 people do need to drop off stuff this is supposed to be a place where they give to people for the needy and stop charging so much they should be giving it away to people and they should be taking what they can ridiculous that place is a joke the one in Latham is much better much nicer and Lisa open and will take your stuff that they will give to people staffing Clifton Park is just rude

Nice store but make sure you know their hours prior to going. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays! Nice selection of items.

This is a good thrift shop - orderly and clean. However they don't always accept donations and their hours and days of operation are all over the map.

UPDATE YOUR HOURS. showed up after work to a closed store. Or get rid of your goofy covid policy which makes you close at 5:00 p.m., one of the two.

Rude rude rude staff. They have zero respect for the customers. Overpriced way way way Overpriced. They ask $8.00 for an item donated from the dollar store. The clothing are rags yet they want astronomical money for them. They are supposed to be a store to help those in need not rob them. This store needs new management and new staff. Seriously show some kindness a simple THANK YOU wouldn't kill you Seriously just say THANK YOU. Or how about not talking to the customers like absolute garbage your no better then they are. Some hit hard times and must shop 2nd hand so stop thinking your better than them with your $8.00 job. I can't stand ignorance and this entire store is fully staffed full of arrogant employees

Very nice clean shop. friendly staff. Not as big as some. I happened in on a 1/2 off day. Found jeans for my husband and pants for me. Call ahead for hours.
