“I have the climate controlled 10x15 and it's perfect. The doors slide nice and smooth, unlike my last storage unit. What keeps me from rating Prime Storage five stars is the bathroom is locked and not available. Also, the elevator door closure button doesn't work. You have to wait until the door closes on its own which is about a minute each time. This has been reported and never fixed.”
