I recently bought a new printer (Brother Laser Printer). Tom, who works in the tech department, was fantastic in helping me to find the printer that would best suit my needs. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and spent a lot of time arranging not only the purchase of the printer but also the extras that I needed. Thank you, Tom!!!!

In and out service was definitely fast. But only one small issue ? When checking out at the counter, I had to ask the cashier to see the screen to know how much to pay ? A outward display screen with the amount wasn't in front but only the cashier would see it. If you use credit or debit it's best you see what you paying because mistakes happens outside of that it's nice store ?

Since Staples started taking Amazon returns, you have to wait in line whether you want to return something to Amazon or purchase something from Staples, because the same employee is doing both jobs. I don't like Amazon or Staples anymore.

The Staples representative was most helpful in resolving the issue of a product that was not available in the store. He ordered it for us online to be delivered to our home. We received it the next day.

Terrible customer service for returns! Waited in line for 20 minutes for the rude front end staff to tell me the location moved! They need to set up a self check out for returns these people clearly don’t want to work there!

We've always encountered super helpful staff at this location. Had to return a router using their Amazon return service. We got to chatting and I found out they would price match the new router I was ordering from Amazon. Also got a 15% off coupon for using the return service. Nice job guys!

Run! If you can avoid this Clifton Park Staples, go elsewhere. They cannot handle the volume and are rude consistently. Gerry and Matthew are particularly dismissive, rude and unhelpful. For being in the business of serving customers, this store is a disgrace. One lady in printing and mailing is very sweet to deal with so I gave the store two stars instead of one.

Usually excellent Service, helpful staff. No problem. One time, I waited in line I thought was customer service. Told me it was only Amazon. He did apologize. I think he should've taken me especially since I was just recycling. Then, had to wait in line. Got a coupon but couldn't use it. Then, same guy waited on me. Not always consistent but still love coming here.
