She was very friendly, polite, and very good at making sure we understood everything about our new product that we purchased! Outstanding and definitely recommend you go there for your smoke items. I didn't catch her name but it was a Saturday night around 8pm.A+++++++”
“The gentleman who works here was very acknowledgable and helped me out big time. Covid has not been kind and smoking inside has become a thing. They have many smoke eliminating products. I bought a few products just to see how they worked when I only went in for incense. This guy was absolutely correct no smoke smell anymore!! I will continue to go to this store bypassing everything else!”
“I love this store! Have been going for years, great selection and great prices. I would recommend going in the evening or on Sundays, the owner and the night time employees are outstanding and friendly! The girl that works during the day is completely rude and makes it obvious she doesn’t want to be there, she doesn’t even say hi when you walk in the door! Just gets annoyed that she has to stop looking at her phone and actually help somebody. She also doesn’t know the prices, she’ll quote you one price and then it will ring up a totally different price, and she gets beyond annoyed if you ask for something on one of the top shelves. The evening employees and the owner are all very knowledgeable and are the friendliest most welcoming people. I definitely recommend this store - but make sure to go during the evenings or weekends!”
