Trustco Bank at exit 8 has staff who are friendly and helpful. I have been fortunate enough to get the help from Stacy to assist with two separate situations. For both, Stacy has taken the time to go above and beyond to help me and I know she will continue to do so the next time I have a problem.

I work next door at the Aplus gas station and I go the the trust co bank for change. Always a pleasant experience staff is friendly and helpful. High recommend you stop in and see what the branch manager McKayla can do for you.

Absolutely the worst bank you could possibly deal with in this area. They keep deleting my reviews instead of responding with any kind of rebuttal because they have no rebuttal for why they are terrible.EDIT:Calling me and threatening me that you'll file a police report because YOU drafted $500 from a deceased woman's line of credit...then refused to talk to me about it OR allow me to pay it...to now want me to pay it plus late fees is beyond insane.
