Once again, I have had the pleasure of working with an outstanding Trustco Bank team member! The Clifton Country Road Branch Assistant Manager, Joey Floyd, has always provided me with professional & personable service. For the past few years, I have needed extra support from him in managing accounts, setting up CD's, & establishing pathways for financial health for my aging mother. Joey Floyd's knowledge of Trustco services & his wisdom in advising the best course of action has been reassuring. His recent assistance in obtaining past bank statements that were needed yielded prompt & efficient results. I have full confidence in Joey Floyd & know that I will get exemplary service for any of my future banking needs!

As a hometown banking Institution, I strongly recommend Trustco for their above and beyond customer service relation by their branch manager. His ability to demonstrate knowledge of his customers personally and individually is amazing. The level of comfortability provided by him is trustworthy. I can only pray that his leadership does not only radiate throughout this branch, but throughout the institution as a whole and made Does that serve under his leadership reflect the values he brings to the institution into the community. There is so much to say about the staff at Trustco Bank at 7 Clifton County Rd in Clifton Park. Dan, the manager goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of, that your questions or concerns are addressed, he has a kind word for you. Everyone there makes you feel welcome. You will not be sorry if you stop in and do your banking there. 10 ⭐️ ⭐️ from me and my sister.

I have been a Trustco Bank customer for over ten years, using primarily the branch at Clifton Country Road in Clifton Park. The manger, Daniel and two of the tellers, Bianca and Ashley, always give me a warm greeting when I walk in. I actually look forward to going to the bank, knowing I will see then and have short, friendly chat. The bank basically handles most of my banking needs and I just wanted to thank them publicly for being so nice about.

This branch absolutely sucks customer service is trash after Kevin the previous branch manager left. I went to the drive through today to take money out of my account and just had surgery so am on crutches and they see them next to me yet they refused to help through the drive thru and demanded to get banking done from the lobby along with very rude comments from the teller.

Terrible customer service, they needed to verify my identity twice for a $6 withdraw then they wouldn't give me my ID back unless I gave them my last 4 digits of my SSN and the person in charge needs to be fired I did not feel welcomed at all it felt extremely uneasy during my visit and I'll never go back to this branch

Branch manager is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Have had previous unpleasant experiences with this woman in the past, but nothing like this before. Reported by multiple people multiple times in the past, but has still somehow sustains her position as branch manager.Went into this branch to put in a travel advisory, walked away being questioned and insulted about how i'm going to travel with only such amount of money in my account, trying to get me to open new accounts when I had never came to the branch to do so. Walked away disrespected from this same woman on three different occasions now and will never go back again.
