Always a great experience in this branch. There's definitely some turn over in management, but I've never had a bad experience with any of them. And the bank tellers are my favorite in the whole world. They all are amazing. Special shout out to Sherry. Trustco doesn't know how lucky they are to have her. She has saved them SO much business over the years. She deserves a raise.

Some businesses use slogans stating that they are “home town†stores ... this Trustco branch really is. EVERYONE at this branch is ALWAYS kind, considerate and willing to go beyond expectations. Their considerate, positive personalities are very much appreciated in an increasingly impersonal world.

Been banking there for years. The tellers are super friendly and they and the bank manger go way out of their way and beyond to assist with problems.

This bank is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with in all my 50 yrs. I recently had a humiliating experience there and was totally degraded by the head manager and cashier. I am a small business owner and cash checks in many of the local branch banks. When Trustco decided to charge non members a $5 fee to cash checks, I decided out of convenience to open an account (although my primary purpose was to cash checks without having to pay any fees; which I specifically explained to them when I opened this account). Most banks in the area will cash checks for non members with no fees (they only require ID). But due to the location of where we shop, I even convinced my wife to open her account there. The other day I went to cash a check and was told I was no longer a member. When I asked what happened to my account, they told me my account was closed because I had not been depositing money in my account (only cashing checks) and that I would have to pay the $5. They never told me when I opened the account I had to maintain a certain balance or make deposits. They were not making money off me, so they just closed the account. So right in front of customers, the head manager states that they were in the business of making money and that if I didn't like their policy, it was unfortunate and "too bad". After being degraded and hearing this, I told them that if that was their attitude, I would have my wife close her well funded account. In front of customers the Branch manager responded "we don't need your wife's money". My wife and I will never walk into this greedy, unprofessional bank again.
