Done business now twice with this location, the staff on both accounts where helpful and welcoming. Had direct interactions with the GM Alicia who was very knowledgeable, helping me through questions choosing the right rental for my needs, I appreciated her assistance!

Please for the love of god TURN OFF your interior lighting at night. It is blinding and dangerous from I-87 not to mention completely unnecessary and ugly. I know what a storage unit looks like. I do not need it seared into my brain when driving by.

I was taken back by customer service at the pick up location. I stood in line waiting for help and Tristen totally didn't even acknowledge me. He looked at me several times, but was more interested in his phone. He was very short and Kurt. Very disinterested in doing anything.

We have rented two trailers and a truck from this location. It is easy to rent, pick up, and drop off using the app. Additionally, the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I bought a lock from Uhaul.
I put it on my storage unit.
I put the key in the lock and it wouldn't come out, after being unable to even turn the key to open the lock. I drove 30 minutes to get here so that I could get my suitcases out for family vacation tomorrow. After after going in to complain to the manager who was a 20 year old kid. I was told that the guy with the bolt cutters isn't there today and I should come back in the morning. So I should delay my vacation and not work my last day in my office before picking up my family so that I can come right back here in the morning and hope there is someone competent working? Oh and I was told by the manager that I could call a locksmith that I would have to pay for myself. And upon saying that option wasn't right and that Uhaul should pay for it, I was asked to leave the office. Shame on Uhaul. Shame on these employees who are so lazy who don't try to help and can't even kindly apologize for the massively inconvenience they nastily offered me.

Rented here for a year. Had them install a hitch on my vehicle. Rented uhaul,and trailers from them. Superb service all around would drive extra just to deal with these people. Awsome place all around hard to find that kind of service in today's world. THANK YOU for what ya all do.
