I am shocked by the horrid customer service we received from Liza Richie, she even had the nerve to reprimand me when I complained we have been waiting for a return call for 2 weeks. We had decided to change our entire company plan from Spectrum to Verizon, but due to the horrid customer service and blatant rudeness from Liza, we will remain a Spectrum customer.

I just got my new iPhone 15 here yesterday and the employee that waited on me was very helpful and knowledgeable of the phone and help me with switching phone companies and keeping the same number and I would go here again.

If hours are until 7pm, why are we being told that they are taking the last customer at 6:18pm and being made to come back tomorrow. I know it's not the worst thing in the world but it is very inconvenient

Shocker, another 1 star review…This location should clean house or perform some very serious “sales” training. The owner should be ashamed as I can only imagine how many sales are being burned by the incompetent employees. If you get the tiny light skinned woman with curly hair…run towards the door. I’d provide her name but the service was that bad, that it was never actually delivered. I was there for 10 mins and she was already trying to burn me by asking if there’s anything else she could help with…I was clearly there to make a purchase! I’ll buy a new iPhone…but from AT&T after this last and final experience. Unreal! I guess the days of getting a new phone and expecting it to be an exciting experience are long gone…

If I could leave less than one star that’s what I’d leave. The woman who identified herself as the store manager was rude and obnoxious. After 24 years as a Verizon customer I’m seriously contemplating changing cellular companies because of the manner in which the store manager spoke to me.By the way - Verizon - before you comment about how you hope I give you a second chance, go back and re-read the other comments. Many other customers have commented about the woman manager at Verizon. I know it’s difficult to find competent help .. but this manager either needs to be terminated or needs to go for intense customer service training. She’s costing you business.

Verizon the company is still horrible, but if you need to stop into the Clifton Park store ask for Sha. He is one of the friendliest, knowledgeable, and professional employees you will meet. Verizon should give half of all the other employees' paychecks to him!

Went in today and Conor helped me. What a friendly and helpful same person. He was kid. And patient and answered all of my questions. I truly felt well taken care of with Conor as I was dreading going in to get a new phone. Like I said he explained everything and was extremely helpful. Glad I was able to upgrade with him and it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Conor.

Do not trust anyone in this the store. Do not utilize any services offered. Verizon 5g internet is a scam. They will pressure you into using version cell service and if you refuse, they will who have you and make it impossible to pay your bill.. try it for yourself.

I was at this store yesterday for moving my files, etc. to a new Iphone 14. Brandon the employee who helped me was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me the process required to get my new phone operating and my old phone erased. I am very pleased with the service provided by this dedicated Verizon employee.

please train your people - i talked to 2 people at verizon in Clifton park and none of them have enough information when some one enter in the store for the first time for a simple home internet service

I am 34 years old almost and I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years, another outstanding sale and customer service with out the pitches! My thanks for walking in and out with a new Samsung Z Fold 4. They Have a bench now.

Recently visited this office in Clifton Park with issues connected to my home phone service. Was helped by a girl named Mikayla, who had absolutely no personality but dis solve my problem, so I thought. When I returned home I still had no service. The next day I returned to the office to try and rectify the problem once again. I was helped by a young punk with curly hair,earrings in both ears and long fingernails. Sorry I have to describe him as I don't remember his name. I explained my situation. Asked if a tech could be dispatched to my home. He informed me that "I don't get paid enough to give out that info". I can't say that I've ever be treated more rudely. A friend of mine also had a similar experience. Had issues with her cell. Situation was resolved and my friend offered the employee a few bucks to get a coffee in appreciation. The employee said he was going to lunch, suggested that she should give him more money. What the he'll kind of people are you horizontal there??? Never again.
