I know it’s been said but I can definitely see why this place has low ratings. Been waiting 5 days for a script to be filled (breathing meds for my 4 month old) I call and call and they say it’s still being filled and they will let me know when it’s ready. I didn’t called for 2 days waiting for them to reach out, never heard anything (before judgement I have a different med that I can use for my son in place of this med but he supposed to be on this specific medication for a regular dosage). Call this morning and they say it’s ready for pickup. Wheres the call/text stating it was ready?! Absolutely unacceptable especially with today’s technology. Will be transferring to a different pharmacy.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. They behave as if they are the most important people in the world and ignore patients standing in the queue. If they tell you they will be with you in a min, that translates to “we don't care, sit there and wait until we feel like attending you”.I have faced it almost 4/5 times and looks like I am done with them, switching back to CVS across the street.

I see why this location has horrible reviews. Called two days ago to fill a hard to find medication and was told they did have it in stock. Yesterday spent over an hour on the phone on hold trying to get an insurance issue resolved. They kept cycling me on hold and then would disconnect me. I finally got through and was told my medication would be ready for pickup that evening. This am the medication is not ready so I again spent 15 minutes on hold checking on it. THEY DON"T HAVE IT IN STOCK, and haven't for 30 days.! I took my last dose this am and my doctor's office is closed on Fridays so now I am scrambling on a Friday afternoon to find my medication. Completely unacceptable service and would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible!

The wait inside the pharmacy and at the drive-thru window are ridiculous. The pharmacy has time to put your medication back when customers can't pick it up on time because the wait is ridiculous. Meanwhile they don”t have the time to waite on their customers. They need more staff to take care of customers picking up medications.

Pharmacy is Painfully slow when you call as well as when you go in person. It seems they need more staff to accommodate. They just can’t seem to get it together and it’s beyond frustrating

Incredibly inappropriate manager. A new FedEx driver was in the store picking up packages and she asked if the normal driver died and then smiled. in front of my child.

I’m not surprised to see the rating or reviews for this location. I decided at the last minute to order holiday cards on 12/20 and was delighted to see they would be ready today at approx 8:00 in the morning. I ordered 20 cards on card stock. Well, i should’ve known. My expectations were it is close to Christmas there’s probably a lot of orders ahead of me so i would be patient and thankful just to be able to get some good quality cards made on such short notice. At about 12:00 when I wasn’t getting the impression they were in process i called the store and listened to the phone ring over and over. then waited on hold. katherine told me they should be done in an hour, but to call before i head over to be sure. right…the next time i call back same thing happens. but i talked to a different woman who did not identify herself and hung up on me mid sentence of asking her for said info. She informed me after another long hold their machine for the photo stock cards is out of ink and they wouldn’t be able to process my order. Not sure who Katherine talked to or why no one reviewed my order until 1:45 the following day or why the website didn’t indicate this machine was not printing. Nevertheless, i ended up canceling my order and to be fair. the gentleman that assisted me with cancelling was the kindest and most informative of them all. I was able to reorder everything at a different location he suggested and they were done in less than an hour! Boycott the Clifton Park location. It’s obvious the people here don’t know how to run a business or what standard customer service sounds like. I won’t be doing business here again.

Abysmal service. Out of 2 years going here I've never had consistent prescriptions. There's always some problem that books down to one of the pharmacy techs not caring. I even once had the pharmacy Dr tell me that there was a hold that 5 minutes later he realized he just needed to fill the prescription and give it to me. They handed me someone else's prescription, and ever since I've had an even harder time getting my prescriptions. I have major depression and this has been severely affecting my life bc the people who work here just don't care

I hate to write a poor review but I’m really not sure what’s going on at this store. There have been several times I’ve gone and clerks are extremely inattentive, and I’ve waited at the front of the store for 15 mins while you serve other customers at the photo area etc. but this was my last straw. Sent my Husband for Covid tests because I have an extremely sick child and he stood in line with a Covid test only for be redirected to a different check out line, where the clerk then redirected them to the check out line he was just previously in. Can you guys get it together? He put the test down and left and went to CVS and promptly picked up a test within two mins. On top of that, in a local neighbors group I see terrible reviews of your pharmacy all the time. Always closed and understaffed people can’t get their meds. Extremely weary of your store and hope you do something to improve customer service.

If I could give a -(negative) I would to post this!Scheduled a COVID test as stated through the website. Received my confirmation email. Upon arriving for my scheduled appt: the tech tells me: their machine is "broken" and they didn't contact me because I made the appointment the same day... wtf!??I asked if she could check the nearest Walgreens to schedule me or squeeze my child in; she told me "we're too busy and our machine is broke; we're sorry". Yes, you all ARE SORRY! Pathetic service and I won't recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

The pharmacy is pretty disorganized and I think some of their registers may have been down while I was there. I was in the consultation line while waiting to sign in for a vaccine, checked with a pharmacy employee who told me I should go into the (much longer) pickup line instead, waited there for a while and then saw other customers signing in for vaccines in the line I’d already been in before being told to switch lines. I went back to the consultation line and eventually signed in and got my vaccine, but the incorrect guidance made my wait worse than it would have been otherwise. People around me also noticed and commented on it. I would recommend putting up signs to make the process easier for everyone.
