They get lazy at night. Never any pizza ready. Half the time they just look annoyed while gossiping. Rather then do there job. I hate coming here now.

This place is a joke. Takes almost an hour to get 3 sandwiches made, the kid clearly wasn’t trained on it, and who I assume is the assistant that works in the evening stands around talking rudely to his associates on the sales floor, barking orders and has no class. Associates both on and complaining they have to stay late, yet the manager “doesn’t want them to”, and won’t answer her phone to be bothered at “this time of night.” This place used to be nice. Going down hill fast….such a shame.

Be prepared to stand at the counter for atleast 5 minutes before anyone who works there even acknowledges your existence. Seems like whatever they are all talking about is always more important than what they are getting paid to do.

I have try multiple times to call the store and when someone answer they hung up on me. When I called back I get a busy signal. This is not the first time this has happened. Anyone know who the store manager is

Ordered breakfast pizza since my kids love it and was made to feel it was out of the ordinary for a breakfast pizza to be ordered as dinner. Then told 15 minutes and when we arrived it still hadn’t been put in. Excuse was everyone was new and vocalized with an attitude. Not overly friendly or appealing environment. Phelps Byrne has gone downhill.

We usually love going to Byrne Dairy, but stay away from the Phelps store, especially if you have kids with you. I stopped at this location with my husband and kids. As we walked in there were 3 employees sitting at a picnic table smoking. An older woman, a small woman in probably her mid 30's and a man probably in his early 30's. The foul language they were using was horrible and the conversation disturbing. When we first got into the store we walked by were sandwiches and food was being made, there was a line and there was a tall female employee preparing food, but slamming everything and had a horrible attitude. As we walked toward the rest of store we noticed one employee at register and a line reaching to back of store. We grabbed what we needed and got into the line, about that time the three employees who were outside came in. The smaller employee went up to the tall girl and said what's wrong. The tall girl proceeded to tell her, but with very foul language. The small girl said does someone need to get (and used a swear word starting with F) tonight, clear as day. The whole line heard it and immediately looked over. The other two employees started laughing and they all (in a moaning type sound) started saying ohh yeah and laughing. The very dirty talk and joking continued. When we made it finally to register my husband asked the employee if this kind of behavior always goes on, especially in front of kids and asked to speak to a manager. To our complete surprise the employee pointed to the small girl, who was basically the ring leader, and said that's the General Manager. As we walked out my husband stopped quick and said to her if your the General Manager you ought to be ashamed. She said nothing and as we walked out we could hear them all start laughing. As a company you should be ashamed of yourselves to have such a foul mouthed, dirty person running one of your stores. Needless to say, even though we loved Byrne Dairy, we will not be back!!!!!!

A truly soulless location. Employees seem unmotivated, dismal, sad, and there’s no spark in anybody’s eyes. Masks or not, not a single smile in this place..... if those employees only knew they were failing every future interview with potential employers on each transaction. I can’t place blame on them.... management should step in and help their employees..... either way I think this location just LOST at least 15 years of future DAILY sales from this now former patron. Gas, food, and convenience are almost everywhere now.... Businesses still need to give us a pleasant experience. Maybe LIST SALES will get someone to act.... if not, I guess that tells the entire story.

I enjoy their deli sandwiches but the Manager and staff deserved to be fired. Lines to check out, lines for pizzas, phone rings off the hook, and the lazy Manager when asked to assist with customers says "I'm on break". The pizza boy goes to the tables when customers eat and asks for help. All 3 coworkers stay No "we are on break" . Those of us waiting to order talked amongst us and all decided to leave. Byrne Dairy in Phelps is the worst! Do Not waist your time. I will never spend a dime there again.

The employees are just not friendly. Also they say they are out of hard ice cream almost every time we go. So why not put a sign up so I don’t have to deal with the miserable employees for no reason.

So I stopped and picked up a 16oz coffee and two donuts. Sign says 2.59. Bought many times at Bolder City store. No issue seems person wasn't trained correctly or its not good on Mondays. Either way I paid 4 bucks and left. Not going there again.
