Very inpolite and completly unfriendly. Owner didnt want to help or move his car so we could fill up our tyres with air. They just said that we should move or fuck off. We were friendly but they just started to insult us.

Stopped here at about 4am on a car trip in a 12-passenger van with 14 people plus luggage after we got lost and the girl next to me threw up everywhere. We all needed a break. Couldn't really enjoy the experience being covered in puke, but a nice employee ran and got paper towel from the bathroom and helped us clean the van. Crazy experience, but the workers were really nice. Recommend if you're in the midst of a 4am crisis.

Terrible service, gas pumps wouldn't accept credit cards and there was no sign to show card machine wasn't working outside, the service inside was worse than outside. The associate sat there not helping and ignoring when asked to help with pump.. we left without gas... a disgraceful place with disgusting service

Quick off and on the thruway ,price a little high but expected on the NYS Thruway with all of the Cuomo Taxes.

This Sunoco is located inside the Clifton Springs Travel Plaza, on Eastbound I-90. It's pretty simple, with a lot of gas pumps, and a little mini market. The gas pumps work fine, they take credit cards and it's well maintained overall. No complaints here.

Terrible experience I went to use the bathroom and since it was my first time there I had no idea where the bathroom was so I went inside and asked the white big man cashier nicely "hello sir can I use your bathroom?" And he mumbled something so I said excuse me? Then he got a loud response which in fact I thought he said "it's out of use" so I asked nicely again and he got very loud and mad and said "it's in use!" I got really upset but I didn't want to disrespect my elders. All I'm saying is if you don't like your job that much you shouldn't take it out on your customers, my boyfriend went inside and he said he had an attitude as well, the whole time I was in my car waiting for my boyfriend to put gas he was staring at our car, I'm not sure if he was racist or mad. Either way I hope he gets help and not scare customers, it can be the wrong person one day.
