“I have lived in many towns in this area and the Pleasant Valley post office is by far my favorite. They’re always so friendly and they do their job to the best of their abilities. I have to go in daily so it’s nice that they make things easy and do it with a smile. Even in the face of rude, unreasonable customers.”

They are very thorough, helpful and my experience with the staff there has been awesome because they are so thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant—which seems to be a rare combination in today’s world! “The Millbrook post office is a great place. The staff is always so helpful and friendly, they get to know/recognize which faces go with which PO boxes and I find that wonderful. The retail section is constantly stocked with whatever shipping supplies you may need, from boxes to padded envelopes and even greeting cards!!! They have a lovely selection of birthday card, thank you cards, congratulatory cards etc. I always enjoy my trips to the Millbrook post office.”
“I'm not always satisfied with my deliveries. That said, my carrier and anyone else filling in work extremely hard at getting the job done. People need to take notice how late these drivers are out delivering the mail and packages, during the holiday season they work Sundays too!. I see them sometimes at very odd hours and even twice a day trying to keep up with a huge workload. For the most part these people are dedicated to their job. Also, remember that their work load has quadrupled in recent years and don't make huge raises. My carrier delivers down our private lane which by law they don't have to do it. They go out of their way. It's not perfect but in our world what is? Cut them break and try empathy instead of criticism.”
“I love my post office, primarily because of Mary and her senior citizen doggie, Bailey. Last year, I had a nightmare of an experience at the Pleasant Valley P.O. The person did not give me tracking info for the right package. Bottom line, I lost $100. and had NO MERCHANDISE because of this error. I called Mary in CC and she explained in great detail what had happened, which I SO appreciated. I love Mary, because she take time with each person and LISTENS, which is still a lost art. Thank you for the chance to comment on a person who is just SO appreciated by many of us!”
