Ruby Hill Farm is opened all year-round. We offer local variety of fresh farm produce and our organic garden in the summer. In addition we are fully stocked all year round with Non-GMO Pork, All Natural Black Angus Beef, Farm Raised Chicken, Maple Syrup, Honey. We raise turkeys for thanksgiving and you can reserve at any time. We also have great imported goods to compliment your cooking experience. Local artist creations and gifts on the go are always available. We are a family owned farm that truly enjoys offering quality products. my parents who are local gifted us some different meats from Ruby Hill and it is some of the best meat my husband and I have ever had! We plan to move to Dutchess county soon and this place will easily become our go-to for all of our meat!
