Loved Cliff's, and I frequented this location all the time. No more. I always order the same sub w/o incident. Then I rec'd an offer for any 12" sub for $9.99. I ordered the mixed sub w/o Bologna as always. (No extra meat, just no bologna). The clerk decided to add extra turkey and charge me for double meat. Instead of $9.99, it was $17! I argued that I didn't order double meat and even if they replaced the bologna with turkey, it still wasn't double meat. Two workers who should have been helping the line forming behind me, joined my cashier in berating me that turkey costs more than Bologna and I shouldn't expect a free upgrade! They finally reduced it to extra meat for $12.99 and to avoid further delay, I paid it and swore I wouldn't go back. A sucker for a Cliff's sub, I went back for two subs and a cheese pie. Same sub, same toppings with a DRIZZLE of Italian dressing, and the featured Smoked Turkey Brisket sub. My sub is virtually inedible and my husband's came covered in jalapenos unbeknownst to him. I wonder if they do this on purpose b/c it's the second time my sub looks like it was soaked in a vat of Italian dressing. It's RUNNING out and my first bite was met with an overwhelming gush of oil and a total mess. His first bite was met with a level of heat he was not prepared for - over a dozen jalapenos when none were requested. These subs are disgusting and the pizza isn't fully cooked. The dough was half raw. At least we can heat it up and finish cooking it, but with the ensuing blizzard we're not about to drive back through these conditions. I do however, have plenty of time to tell you why I am done with this location. I'll figure out if Cliff's in general went downhill or just this particular location, but in any event I suggest you avoid this location if you're looking for any semblance of customer service.

I love this little place so far. I got held up at the Walmart DC 12 miles from here and had very little time to find a safe haven to park for my 10 hour DOT reset.
I was thankfully bobtailing, because there is no space for tractor-trailers to park overnight.
But I asked if I could, and I was given the ok. So I felt pretty good about spending my dollars here in exchange for a spot to stop and sleep.
Thank You to the friendly folks there 🙏 Next time I am up this way, I'll spend some more dollars there 😁👍💯

Understaffed all I wanted was a half gallon of milk as usual one woman running the whole place apparently the Cliffords can't afford to staff their stores

I went in this store tonight and only one girl working she was overwhelmed with the volume of customers unfortunately this is commonly the case at cliffs stores

I love that they still make fresh sandwiches to order here, unlike their competitors. Great value over that sub chain we all know of that is overpriced. Always great service too.

The food is always great here, I love the staff, they really went above and beyond for my delivery order tonight, and after a slight mix up on the part of the delivery service, I now have a happy kid with a very full belly and my sub was perfect! Thank you!

Does this even look cooked? It wasn't. I didn't ask to have the sauce on top of the cheese like this. IT WONT COOK PROPERLY! I am posting this at 4 in the morning because I have been up all night sick from this pizza. I don't know who wanted to get artistic in that kitchen while making my pizza but it is costing me. I drove in a snow storm just to have my order wrong and my stomach upset. I was offered a new pizza after they laughed and told me what they did to my food. I didn't take the offer because it was 8pm already and I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for them to make a new one. They didn't offer any discount for their mistake. They offered me to wait another 20 minutes just to drive back in a snow storm when it is already dark out. I used to go here more often but the quality has been lacking and only getting worse. When the worker behind the counter told me the pizza was like this they said it was funny that they made this mistake. Are you kidding? If your job is a joke then you shouldn't have one!! Let me make you pay for something that you didn't order, under cook it, laugh about it and then see how you like it. I Didn't get any sleep because I have been up, pale and sweating, and countlessly going to the bathroom. This pizza isn't cooked, this isn't funny nor should you ever serve someone something that they didn't order. Im Extremely disappointed and more angry than anything that my work, home, and sleep are rattled just by a PIZZA! I'd give zero stars if I could.

My husband went to by us subs for supper today at 5pm. Two guys were working as cashiers. My husband told them he wanted two subs. They told him he would have to come back in a hour, cause the person that makes them was on lunch. Really! Is this anyway to run a business!!!

Pizza was made wrong (I understand things happen) and was expected to pay full price for wrong pizza. Staff was rude. Not the first time this has happened and it is always with the same employee.

Would give it less if I could staff is rude and won't even make food for you when they definitely have enough people was told I wasnt able to be made a sub cause person was clocking off even though they were just standing there wont return

I went in and spoke with Patrick he was very very helpful and helped me find whatever I needed I will be returning to this establishment due to the fact of how good Patrick’s customer service was great job managers on training him to be a humble employee

Mostly nice and helpful staff. It Stays busy pretty much all hours, especially because it's one of the only stores now open 24 hours a day. Usually in and out though without much waiting. I try not to get gas on main roads and highway intersections like this if I can avoid it, because they tend to be priced a little higher; but, no huge difference. No real complaints to be had. And the pizza is pretty good for a Cliffs.
