“I was extremely impressed with Stephen’s prompt response, honesty, and integrity. I was looking to shop my insurance due to recent renewal increases having no accidents nor tickets. While I was able to save some money if I had chosen to, my comprehensive deductible would be required to be a higher minimum vs. what I have now due to the vehicles I own. Stephen did not try to push me into it and basically said you may want to keep what you have now and even gave me some other information to change on my current policy to save money. I just want to say how impressed I was with his professionalism and honesty. I hope something changes where I am able to do business with him in the future. The personal attention given by an Agent such as Stephen is really lacking out there when just calling on an 800 line. Thank you again Stephen and hope to do business with you some day.”

When my truck was up for renewal this year, I thought and have been thinking the rates were a little high.
