Pryor TEC took over Jim's customers for Krown. Ed runs the business with honesty and integrity. My experience with Ed and Pryor TEC has been fantastic. Waiting for my truck to get completed, Julia and Ed treat their customers with respect and are upfront about any issues. I like the feeling of a small shop and it doesn't give that corporate type feeling. No run around and no bureaucracy of management. Just straight up honesty. Ed has straight up professionalism and is true to his words. Will be a returning customer.

Professionalism took the hit in my experience. Although originally I was happy to get the work done that I’d requested, after paying $115 per hour for my lights to be repaired, it took four hours, and I found that that were still not completely functioning correctly. I had no right turn signal, and a running light that only shut off when I unplugged the camper. For the tune of $514, I had the same issue as before. And I’ve found that their weak point is communication. I live a good distance from this business, and couldn’t seem to talk to anyone, before or after. Not happy, and I have to go back again.

Amazing and kind family business and I highly recommend them! Addy went above and beyond to help me out after a large piece of a drum brake tore through my camper on the highway. My insurance company said it would be a couple of days before they get the claim finalized, and I was worried about rain damaging the camper further. He was able to patch it up for me so I could get back on the road safely.
