He will walk your property or ride it on an ATV an take many pictures, he will post a listing above what most listings are posted like. He is extremely polite, professional an absolutely understanding. I broke a 12 month contract in 3 months because I changed my mind for personal reasons. I expected some animosity from him. Nope!
