I was extremely impressed with Stephen’s prompt response, honesty, and integrity. I was looking to shop my insurance due to recent renewal increases having no accidents nor tickets. While I was able to save some money if I had chosen to, my comprehensive deductible would be required to be a higher minimum vs. what I have now due to the vehicles I own. Stephen did not try to push me into it and basically said you may want to keep what you have now and even gave me some other information to change on my current policy to save money. I just want to say how impressed I was with his professionalism and honesty. I hope something changes where I am able to do business with him in the future. The personal attention given by an Agent such as Stephen is really lacking out there when just calling on an 800 line. Thank you again Stephen and hope to do business with you some day.

Steve’s services are top notch! He responds in a timely manner and is very thorough. We chatted first by phone and within the hour he sent me insurance quotes via email. I was expecting something typed up in a spreadsheet or word document.
What I got were pdf screenshots AND a video illustrating my current insurance policy versus the potential new policy. The video had screenshots of both policies side by side, and voice over with Steve walking me through each plan, its specifics, definitions, and his suggestions for future.
Would definitely recommend T5!

Great experience. Very professional and was able to get a quote for my new home and auto insurance in a timely manner. He followed up with text and phone calls to make sure all of my needs were met. He made sure paperwork complete for my closing. I am so happy that I took my friend's advise and gave him a call. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great person who cares about his clients.

I went to Stephen to look into lowering my car insurance. Not only did Stephen deliver, he saved us $900 when we bundled our homeowners with our car. Communication was phenomenal as was the explanation of what we were looking at. He saved us more than what we were ever expecting and we have better/more coverage!. I would highly recommend!

Steve and his team go above and beyond to find the best coverage for the best price. And they make expert recommendations on how to think holistically about how all your policies fit together to save money and eliminate unnecessary and expensive duplication in coverage. I also admire Steve being a trusted advisor more than a salesperson. He has honestly told me when he cannot find a better deal than I already have. Because I know he will tell me the truth, I always give him the first shot at researching estimates on coverage.

Stephen was diligent in helping me get an offer for our commercial auto policy. With apples-apples comparison, he saved us about 50%. To a business owner, that is big.
