Above and beyond is what you can expect from Total Solutions.Several years ago Superior Plbg & Htg was in a bind with unsupported software and aging computer hardware. A major upgrade was needed & we turned to Total Solutions for help. They worked quickly to assess our needs and provide a server system with continuous backup, 24-7 monitoring and security.To this day, and going forward, we are delighted to work with their pleasant, friendly & extremely knowledgeable staff. They respond promptly to any issues or needs we have and work around our schedules to keep down time to a minimum. With constant monitoring they're able to detect & resolve problems in our system before there are failures.I can't say enough good things about Big Mike and his team at Total Solutions.

Total Solutions has been absolutely wonderful through the process of changing IT companies and now managing our IT. The transition was smooth and quick. Their customer support is exceptional! These guys are the best. I had an issue over the summer with QuickBooks software not backing up correctly. They not only made sure that the software was being backed up correctly moving forward, but they also took the time to make sure that I was getting the most out of it. I highly recommend Total Solution
