“We rented from Penske moving trucks on Saturday December 12th. We reserved the truck on Friday December 11th. When we first tried to reserve the truck they told us we couldn’t without having the card information. I sent my boyfriend my card information since it was being charged to my card. They told my boyfriend the price would be $190 with a $150 deposit, however they said the $150 was all included with the $190 and would be refunded when the truck was returned with no dama”
“Have been to this location multiple times. It looks like it’s under new management as of a year or two ago. Had a minor issue with my reservation but it wasn’t anything that they weren’t able to fix. Natalie helped me out on 2 different occasions. Both times she was attentive, accommodating, and respectful. Inside the facility was clean and organized. The truck rental was reliable. This location also has climate controlled storage… highly recommend this U-Haul location.”
