An update to my original review, I just had my first service at Lead Car, it’s about a 50 minute drive from my home. While I could go to dealers closer, I wanted to see how Lead Car would do, plus it was free! They didn’t fail, the Service adviser Cara was phenomenal. She answered what questions she could, admitted when she didn’t know the answers but came back with the information in short order. I will definitely be using Lead Car for servicing my Tahoe. Not surprised though as it just adds to the overall experience I have received from Lead Car!”

“I picked up my 2017 Dodge Durango today and I am so satisfied with the excellent job that Nick and his crew did on my car. It looks brand new. I bought the car new and never had it detailed. Just washed it and vacuum the inside. On top of cleaning the body and inside of the car, Nick shined up my rims and even repaired a patch of rust that was starting on my driver's side door. “We were driving from Boston to Cleveland and ran over a piece of metal on I90 and punctured a hole in the sidewall of my front tire. I just happened to find this shop by chance as my tire was going flat. They explained to me the problem and called around to get 2 new tires and get me back on the road to finish this leg of our trip in 90 minutes. They were very knowledgeable about my car, a Mercedes Benz E350 and what needed to be done properly so we could continue on our long road trip. We were passing thru the area and desperate to get the car repaired. His prices were spot on for what we would have paid our mechanic back in Boston.
