I have no clue what’s up with all the other reviews. I’ve been a customer with them for over 12 years and have never ever had an issue. I’ve had multiple interactions with them, usually when it came time to start or renew our stable plan and they have always been so friendly and helpful with information and running numbers for me. They also have given us a lot of tips for alternative ways to pay and receive discounts. One time we were having a propane smell outside and they responded very quickly and came right out to assess and then fix the issue. No problem whatsoever. If I had to find a negative, I would say that I do think they’re a little more pricey than some other options.

I contacted this company on Friday January 22, 2021 to order a propane tank to heat my garage. The woman said a salesman would contact me. Almost a week has gone by and no one has called. I would say, based on other reviews. maybe it is a good thing!
I find it interesting that a representative from the company has not responded to the poor reviews.

I had a problem, Management listened and fixed it quickly. It doesn’t get any better that this. You can get propane anywhere, good leaders are hard to find.

20 year customer until $ per gallon ended up x2 compared to competitor. When they finally came and got tank I received an invoice showing credit, waited 6 weeks and called was told it takes 8 to 10 weeks to get credit check. If you don't pay your bill in 20 days THEY charge you 18% interest. I wonder what would happen if you didn't pay for 8 to 10 weeks???

Read the customer reviews which turned me off at first, but talked to friends which actually use Disanto so I took a chance. Mike, their sales manager was prompt to return my call and gave many options for current and future gas billing. He was very clear onothe options and pricing. I think they are very fair and honest. I have no personal affiliation with their business.

Worst company ever, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, trust me its not worth the aggravation. Their billing department is inept, they don't send statements with any regularity, then hit you with multiple months of charges at once.
And don't bother with their emergency services either, it's like dumb and dumber!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. You get locked into contract and then they charge you nearly double. Their billing is horrendous and at times I get about 5 months of winter billing at once. Not to mention the one time they left the tank empty and woke up to 50 degree house.
