Completely unprofessional. I filed for my advance loan in the Phelps, NY office where I spent most of the time listening to the agents personal politics as she complained about the government screwing everyone out of their money. Hoping for a better experience, I tried filing my return at the Macedon, NY office. Unfortunately, my appointment was cancelled because the person never showed up. To make matters worse, I wasn't informed of this cancelation until I showed up for my appointment and a trainee, the only employee present, let me know. I'm contractually obligated to use Jackson Hewitt this year but I will not be returning again.

I had a really good experience with Jackson Hewitt in Clyde. Karen was very professional and knowledgeable. I needed more guidance and believe that Karen was the right person to talk with. I highly recommend using this location.
