Freezing cold and needing propane in a house I just bought, I called to get an 100lb propane tank filled. It was about 5 minutes before the store was going to close. Ian, the store manager actually stayed open past closing time to accommodate me. Darren was out there in shorts filling the tank without any issues. And finally, Katie was full of smiles welcoming me as a new customer and was very personable. She was very sweet and informative as she let me know to what to expect as a new customer. Great bunch of people and it’s my new go to place as a property owner here in Cobleskill!

This place is constantly closing earlier than their posted hours, two times last year I've gone there at least an hour before their closing time which is not that late usually around 6pm, so by 5pm I arrived and they have been snotty about my presence and attempted to rush me out the store, another time they shut the lights off as I was still in the store, and again this year my wife attempted to get propane after she worked a 10 hour day and rushed to get down there at 5:10 and on the first really cold day of the year, and they lied about the propane being locked up so they didn't have to serve her, and then proceeded to go and lock it in front of her own eyes, so they could continue to close early. If there was anywhere else to get tanks filled in the Cobleskill area, I would boycott this location in a heart beat.
