I had a blast! I had just come from working at a stressful farmers market where I got drenched, due to an unexpected thunderstorm. I tried to use my phone but it wouldn’t open. I went to the nearest AT&T store, which is in Cobleskill, which personally I was dreading because of past experiences there. To my delight, there is a new manager there, Kaidince, who went out of her way to assist me and calm me down.Never would I dream that buying a new phone could be such a positive, stressless experience! (P.S.Take a look at the security camera.) One more thing…I forgot that I am using my new phone! A seamless transition, all because of your manager’s expertise!

Both employees were very polite and professional. They tried helping me a week or so and my issue couldn't be fixed. They tried everything they could and even though they had to deliver me bad news (buy a new phone. With an outstanding balance on the current phone). I bought a new iPhone and they helped me as fast as they could. Didn't have an issue or attitude at the time I showed up and going past closing time. Great employees.
Only reason for not 5 star is past dealings. The past 2 times have been positive but I’ve had more negative than positive so far. Hopefully this is a turn around.

Came in 20 minutes before closing because my mobile data wasn't working so I couldnt make calls or texts without wifi. Kaidence (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong) had us fixed up with a newer, better sim, a cheaper plan that offered more than our current one, and a highly satisfied customer within 10 minutes. She was amazing. Thank you again!

Very understanding along with having a great sense of humor and definitely answers all questions i had to ask
