I needed an oil change. The nice gentleman had me in and out 10 minutes. I'd gone to the Walmart up the road and the rude gentleman there told me it would be an hour before I could get oil change. Nice. Gentleman at the counter told me right where I needed to go. Nice sweet older man got me in. Got me out in less than 10
