Sold me a vehicle and told me it was in good condition and immediately when driving it off the lot the fuel gauge didn’t work and the ac didn’t work and refused to fix either one

Considering this dealer? RUN! PLEASE RUN! The service department is full of crooks and liars! A 2024 GMC well inside the warranty period was brought here for a no start condition. They call two weeks later and say there is water in the fuel. That was a complete lie. They state its not under warranty it could be as much as $15,000 to fix. Get your homeowners insurance to cover it! I call and remind them of Tech bulletin for this exact issue from GM. Inform them that we have pictures of the fuel drained and the fuel filter housing. There was zero water in the pictures. They state.. We know all the bulletins its debris and water and not covered under warranty. I tell them that the debris is literally related to the technical service bulletin so explain how it isn’t covered under warranty. Ray goes I don’t like the vibe here im gonna push this truck outside and you can tow it somewhere else! Im glad he did! A quick 30 minute tow to a different dealer. They removed the fuel tank. Guess what. Zero water! They put a new pump in and it was all covered under warranty! I’d bet these guys at are two timing jobs! Saying oh well not covered under warranty and charging the customer and then also submitting the repair to warranty to get paid twice! This goes to show not all dealers are the same! Do your homework! It almost cost $15,000.00 for something another dealer agreed was under warranty!

CONSUMER BEWARE; This dealership, specifically the service department, attempted to swindle me when my 2 year old GMC vehicle was towed in for warranty work. After being without said vehicle for 2 weeks, and frequently visiting/reaching out for an update, the vehicle was finally brought into the shop. After a false diagnosis of water being present in the fuel causing catastrophic failure to the fuel system, I was contacted and in one breath, told the discovered issue wasn't covered under warranty and to file a claim with my homeowner insurance company to cover the full rate pay of the work that didn't even need to be done. To be clear, I was quoted by the service manager $12,000 to $15,000 for the supposed repair. I immediately sought a second opinion from a reliable source who quickly made me aware of known issues with the vehicle and the dealers approach was likely a scam of sorts. From there, the vehicle was towed to a reputable dealer who handled my stress and anxiety riddled situation with nothing but professionalism and class. With the new dealer providing peace of mind, I was able to look forward to an honest and true diagnosis the vehicle was having. The minor issue of a low pressure tank pump replacement was all that was needed and was covered under the GMC warranty. NO OUT OF POCKET COST WHATSOEVER. All of this started 1 month ago today, and the vehicle was picked up yesterday, July 24th
I highly recommend that no one have anything to do with this dealership as they run the risk of being misled into spending money unnecessarily.

They do not answer the phone, they ask you to leave a message because your call is important to them and they proceed to NEVER, EVER call you back. They should at least be honest and tell you not to leave a message because your call is absolutely and unequivocally NOT important to them!!!!

This is for the Service Center side of this location. Don't bother coming here for service if your car is older than 10 years old. My Service 4WD light came on and they said they don't work on cars older than 10 years.

Absolutely horrible!! Bought a truck and they did not provide proper documentation to register the truck. Currently still having an issue 22 days later. Promised calls that never happened. Called the manager 3 times he doesn’t return calls.

The new waiting room chairs are much better than the filthy old ones. Thank you for that. Especially since I spend so much time in them while waiting for routine maintenance on our 19 Silverado. 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change, state inspection and tire rotation. Idk... seems excessive to me. Last summer I waited a month for an appointment, then over 2 hours for engine light diagnosis that Auto Zone provided in 10 minutes. Then they never called to notify us when the part came in.
Any work was eventually completed without problem, however there's plenty of room for improvement in their customer service experience.
Barely a smile or friendly greeting, slower than molasses in January, acknowledging the customer in front of you last after 4 coworkers and a phone call... wow.
After 5 years of sub par service experiences, we will look for a more professional service team.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! This place has been an absolute disaster and has cost me more than $3,919.61 due to their unwillingness to provide appropriate, honest documentation.
My vehicle (a 2022 Acadia Denali) was at this facility several times (four times to be exact) beginning March 2023 for the same unresolved issues until September 2023. Considering my vehicle was my only form of transportation, I required a rental car while it was being worked on. GMC has been excellent and willing to reimburse me for the dates my vehicle was at this facility. However, the service department is unwilling to provide accurate documentation of the time my vehicle was there!
In one instance, my vehicle was towed to the facility on 7-7 (I have the documentation from the roadside assistance confirming the date of drop off and address) and returned to me on 8-24. The work order given to me during pick-up was wholly incorrect and dated from 8/07 to 8/18! GMC can only reimburse me for the dates on the work order and has requested that the facility provide ACCURATE documentation outlining the entire dates my vehicle was at the facility. GMC customer service has reached out several times in the last months. I have personally reached out as well, and they are entirely UNWILLING to provide accurate documentation despite acknowledging my vehicle was there from 7-7 to 8-24!
I have called the facility multiple times and spoken with the service manager, but I have yet to get anywhere. Not only does the service manager state he will 'work on it' and does not, but he has yet to call me back once. The service manager will rush me off the phone and dismiss me. I have had to call multiple times only to get him on the phone to say he will 'look into it' or 'talk to someone,' etc.. yet there has yet to be a callback. Additionally, he responds that although he spoke to Joel, who agreed and acknowledged that the vehicle was there for those dates, there is 'nothing he can do.'
The total amount I had to pay out of pocket in rental fees was $6,797.45, while the service department could not fix the vehicle several times. My rental cost for the dates my vehicle was at the facility (7-7 to 8-24) that the facility refuses to acknowledge total $3,919.61. Because the service department refuses to supply the proper and TRUTHFUL documentation confirming the dates my vehicle was there, I cannot collect my owed rental reimbursements from GMC. Again, GMC is more than willing to reimburse me for the cost of my rental; the only issue is the service department's unwillingness to provide accurate and appropriate documentation. I am beyond disgusted with this place.

The Chevy team here do great work . From the sales team getting done fast and fair to standing behind their cars . Service department is spot on and make you feel like family. Home town sevice with big city efficiency .
