Had a check engine light come on, called them up to make an appointment and they said I can bring my truck in right away. They scanned it and had the parts available. Also did a checkup and found worn wheel bearings. And fixed that too. All this was done and I picked it up the next day. Fast and speedy service. Now I'm on the road again.

I recently purchased a jeep from Cobleskill CDJR which was long overdue. I just didn't want to deal with the BS of having to find a lender to finance it and then deal with DMV, but Don Powell made the whole process a walk in the park. He did everything for me. They even turned in my old plates from the trade in. With all the new technology with these newer vehicles, I was pushing every button to see what it does. I accidently changed my speedometer to kilometers and didn't realize it till I was driving and it read that I was doing 120 mph which I knew was impossible. I called Don and told him the speedometer doesn't work. He tried talking me through it but I wasn't getting it. Instead of saying read the manuel or google it or stop in when you're in the area again, the man made a trip to my house and fixed it for me. Now if that isn't going over and beyond then what is? Do yourself a favor, instead of shopping around, go straight to Cobleskill CDJR and ask for Don. You'll be glad you did.

I brought my Ram Promaster in for its first oil change and tire rotation. I told them the passenger rear tire had a slow leak. They plugged the tire. 5 days later the same tire is losing air and not slowly….. I was no where near home or cobleskill so had to stop at a shop nearby. That garage got me right in and plugged the same hole and patched the inside as well. I was told by the technician that the previous repair did not have a patch placed inside as is usual practice. I called Cobleskill to report this. (I had gotten an email after my visit there that if I couldn’t give a good review to call them). I reported it and was told they don’t always patch and it’s not required. I have a brand new Ram Promaster that will need routine maintenance and repairs. I have zero faith in their ability to take proper care of issues. Not even an offer to refund a $38 repair that didn’t last 5 days. Just an oops too bad basically. Bad business

I have nothing but great things to say about Cobleskill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and most importantly, Don Powell. He worked so hard to find me the vehicle I wanted and to earn my business. I could have gone to another dealership that was closer to where I live but Don's professionalism and hard work made me want to work with them. I absolutely love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and would highly recommend working with Don! Thanks again!
