We did our due diligence and interviewed several real estate agents. After weighing everything (and still going with our gut), we hit the lottery with Christy Guillespie-Quinn.
Christy exceeded the required competence, and even excellence one hopes for in an agent, and made us feel that she cared about us. Because she does.
Her suggestions for preparing our house to sell, and her follow through, which includes a robust network of support (that responded immediately to issues both planned and unplanned) turned out to be the difference and is why we sold for more than our listing price.
We could not recommend Christy more enthusiastically, as both a professional and a person.

Matt at Country Boy Realty sold our house and acreage in two weeks after it was on the market for 6 months with another national realty agency. Matt was an absolute professional. I can’t say enough good things about my agent Emilie Reimer. She was a total asset during the home buying process. When I needed an inspector for my home, she knew one that specialized in log cabins. There were some minor plumbing repairs needed. Emilie knew a plumber and he was there the next day. Needless to say if I ever move, I will definitely be contacting Emilie Reimer.
