These people will keep your deposit. They were sued in Cobleskill and the Judge awarded punitive damages to the tenant because of willful violations of NYS general obligation law. That means they made stuff up and lied about why they kept the deposit. If they do that to you, you are entitled to 3x's the amount of your deposit.

We drove 3 hours to view an apartment here. Office manager was BEYOND RUDE and disrespectful. we were in touch as I made the drive up there. When I got there, nobody would answer me. After multiple messages went unanswered. I called the office and was met with a very rude male employee. They told me to come to the office which I did, there was no one there. Finally, a very nice woman came and took us to view the apartment listing. The male then followed us there minutes after, came in and verbally accosted us which I have on video. he said that I hung up on him and that we were not allowed to rent there. His wife can be heard in the background saying I don’t know what just happened? And attempting to finish the tour. i’ll be posting the video whenever I can feel free to go look for it. You can also see the disgusting state of the apartments.

The internet was always lagging. The heat system was never working during the winter and no matter how many complaints, the manager never did a thing to change the situation. Would not recommend!!

I lived at Green Bridge while in college and moved back in after graduating. Whenever i had an issue in the apartment's it was fixed either the same day or scheduled for repair if it was not an emergency fix.The management team is amazing, never had an issue while living there for 3 years and they always went above and beyond to help me with anything i needed. If i ever need another apartment again i will definitely look to move back here for a third time.

Apartments are definitely not cleaned out or renovated before you move in, when i moved in there were dead bugs all over the kitchen & bathroom, carpet is filthy, the refrigerator is broken & very old it makes noise all day, the water in the shower gets cold after 5 mins in, the landlord Barb just doesn’t care all she wants is your money, when you call & make complaints she tries to justify things by saying “Oh that’s normal, you will be fine” this is the worst place I have ever stayed at, I recommend no one to stay here!!!

Poor maintenance, no care of snow, male staff at the office is very rude. I don’t think he knows what’s his job. Barb was helpful & friendly though. No internet/cable included, still paying $750.Mind you, it will take forever to get your deposit back. I left late September last year, and guess what? I just received my deposit back Today Feb. 5th! Just before making report for ‘not receiving deposit’. Well, I’ll still need to report the landlord if they don’t send me the interest of my deposit. Let see how long this one will take.

place is a joke, the building managers john and barb are very rude, and if there happens to be any issues at all they just don't care. I complained about a safety matter and got told to go away, not to worry about it.

Poor maintenance, Loud neighbors & no longer includes internet & tv with rent, So not worth the rent at $700 a month.

We rented out an apartment for 2 weeks during the summer to visit family. The fact that you could rent out the apartment was amazing especially because of the price, it was way cheaper than a hotel and you had a full kitchen (minus cookware). It is close to the train tracks but my kids loved it (it wasn't loud and it didn't disturb us). I will say the apartment looked clean but our socks definitely turned black. We were also put into the wrong apartment so our WiFi didn't work, they didn't realize that until we complained that our power was shut off.Overall it was a nice place and it beat staying at the hotels in the area, the apartments could be a little cleaner but for college apartments (which is supposed to be the purpose of the ones they rent in the summer) they were nice.

Spent a year in one of these apartments. On-site apartment supervisor John was quite obnoxious and very nosy until he found out I play guitar. Then he was peaches and cream. Don't expect things to get fixed unless you start threatening to turn him in or contact the actual landlords; had a bad smoke detector, busted deadbolt, and a loud bathroom fan that literally shook the door. All the kitchen cupboards showed signs of mice, and all but one drawer was destroyed. The kitchen floor was disgusting upon move-in, and the tops of the cupboards were full of beer caps. Not to mention these apartments are literally twenty feet from the train tracks. It's a college apartment complex, that is for certain, but for what works out to $900/mo. it's not worth the convenience of the walk-able location.
