Sales people behind the counters by and large have a negative and unhelpful attitude. Today we were told the store “doesn’t sell” a product that we bought here a month ago. When we insisted (and the sales person also insisted we were wrong) and she finally looked up the product, she said, “Well how about that, here it is.” She maintained her snide attitude and of course no apology.

Amazing store and service! A bit of everything and building supplies you cant find any where else on a weekend! Knowledgeable staff! Great place even to wander around, ya never know what u may find!

This is a professional hardware and lumber store with plenty of accessible, friendly staff to serve local ranchers, farmers, gardeners, carpenters, plumbers, homeowners, and anybody needing hardware, wood, rubber mats for the stall, etc. It also has pet supplies, appliances, a garden shop, and more than I can remember. Lots more. It's worth a visit just to see what they have. I like that often they have local products from the college greenhouses next door. They also sell some local farm products in their coolers up front. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, always pleasant, happy to help every customer. All of them know the store's inventory and where to find things. Best hardware store!

I have had very positive experiences while searching for horse fencing tools that I have not used before. When I was uncertain as to how to use the fence stretcher, an associate pulled up a “how-to” video on the computer and we watched it together. Any questions I had were addressed! Thank you for superb customer service. I’m installing my fence now!

Staff pleasant. Store clean and shelves stocked. Found item needed. In and out without issues. Bonus, they have one of my favorite cheese from palatine cheese
