I had a flat on the highway and requested the tow truck take me to Mavis tire. They were very pleasant and extremely helpful, sold me a tire I could afford and got me very quickly back on the road. Thanks, Mavis!

I had a nail in one of my tires and I took it to the Mavis store in Vestal, NY. I arrived around 8:20am on July 19, 2025. Service took around 30 minutes and was out the door around 8:50am. Didn’t have an appointment but they took me anyway. This is the 3rd time in the last 9 months I needed to repair a tire and each experience was great. I strongly recommend this store. Staff is friendly and they do a great job.

We only come to this area on vacation. This is the second year in a row that we've had tire problems. Always friendly service. They are fast and affordable.

I cannot say say enough wonderful things about this Mavis. My tire completely blew up about two hours before they closed, and they were so incredibly kind on the phone when I explained my issue. After waiting for the tow truck, and making my way over, we got here about 10 minutes before closing. They were so patient, so nice, and even stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure I was fully good to go (they changed my tire in record time, btw!). I would recommend this Mavis to literally anyone and everyone looking for quality service, good people, and helping hands.

Had a 3 inch nail in my tire called them they took me in and was out in 35 mins very good crew fast reliable and the shop was super clean
