“Country Boy Realty was the agent I used for the sale of my deceased brother's property in Westweloo NY. I was the executor of the estate and Matt/Country Boy helped me find a real estate lawyer in NY since I live in Az. Matt gave me the name of a Real Estate attorney, I called and hired the firm to represent me in the Real Estate transaction only. Excellent referral.... excellent referral. Additionally, Matt visited my brother's property multiple times, gave me wise counsel as to how to market the property, and I ended up selling the property based on Matt's guidance. I recommend Country Boy Realty unconditionally for his support and guidance in selling the property. Our meetings were exactly what was required via documents and hie fees were very reasonable. I suggest using Country Boy Realty in Cobleskill for any properties he will support.”
