I’ve been a customer for many year, recently I was trying to get into my unit but couldn’t. Once I called Mina she immediately came to help. I wanted to break the lock but she said to try my other keys. Well she tried most until she was able to unlock my unit saving me from having to buy a new lock. Such kindness. Thank you!

I had a truly wonderful and easy experience with this rental service, super convenient as a student because it's right around the corner from campus. The staff Mina, was incredibly kind and patient, she was super easy to contact and she even held my unit, which was the last one, for me with her own lock until I could get one. Mina rocks. Highly recommend.
