I was treated unfairly by this company this past spring. I opened my storage unit this spring and found that the roof had a leaked onto my possessions. The owner would not speak with me to make it right, only told his office staff tell me he would not take responsibility for my loss and I should have had insurance. I have since removed my possessions, many of which were ruined and I have told the company I would never do business with any of their entities again.
