This is what a gym should be..being from eastern long Island I have long missed this style gym..this is where you get the work done..only wish this was back home..definitely gonna be my place when I'm around..Josh is a great guy on top of it helping short notice from out of town..keep getting it..love this place

Amazing gym, fantastic owner! Went to give a review and found that I’d already given five stars years ago! I have all the praise for Josh and have been using the gym and working with him for years! Great gym, so many different machines! People are so nice, they help whenever needed. The owner is amazing and jever hesitates to assist you with any problem. Overall i love it here!

Visiting from out of town and was able to drop in on very short notice. The owner is very friendly and responsive and the gym is clean and well equipped.

The Bodyshop has a great atmosphere! Staff is super helpful and accommodating !!! They have plenty of equipment to satisfy any level of fitness !

I am visiting from out of town and looking for a place to workout. Found this place and Josh was very helpful getting my access setup for a week pass. Gym has lots of equipment in an easy to work setup.
