However, many shoppers find the parking lot treacherous, full of potholes, and the prepared food options are sad. The reconfigured floor plan makes no sense, and the store layout is confusing. The service department is super knowledgeable and helped with a motorcycle battery. Multiple lines open both self and manned, and Catskill could learn how to run a store. Corporate should address the parking lot condition.
