Customers describe the Walmart Supercenter as having a clean shiny floor and packed, perfectly faced shelves, especially in the boardgame toy section. The pharmacy team is very good, efficient and friendly, and the rest of the store is well stocked and employees are very helpful. However, many shoppers find the parking lot treacherous, full of potholes, and the prepared food options are sad. The reconfigured floor plan makes no sense, and the store layout is confusing. The service department is super knowledgeable and helped with a motorcycle battery. Multiple lines open both self and manned, and Catskill could learn how to run a store. Corporate should address the parking lot condition.
New to the area, was just passing through. It is a Supercenter with a broad array of Caribbean items, which I was looking for. The produce items I bought were fresh. My experience here was a good one.

Shopping was fine, found what I needed and the check out was fairly fast. The only reason I didn't go 5 stars was because an employee just brought in carts and didn't bother to clean them out...there was a large used bandage left in the cart..
