“When I was moving between Cochecton and Manhattan, I needed short-term storage to avoid a huge stressful move. Having a safe, clean, accessible space meant just having to grab one or two things whenever it was convenient. I got a fairly large unit, and only intended to keep it temporarily, but it's so convenient and affordable, I've opted to hold onto it long term.
When I first signed up, the owner answered calls quickly and was warm and helpful and met up with me at a time that worked for me. I filled out a form and provided a card for billing, and had immediate access. I've never had to deal with her since. My card gets charged every month on schedule, and I've got safe and secure storage at a FRACTION of the price I would pay in NYC.
It's easy to access 24/7. If I ever have large items, it's no problem backing my car right up to the unit for easy transfer.
