This shop went above and beyond, highly recommend! The team made the process as smooth as possible and made an unfortunate accident with a deer sting just a little bit less. Jose provided consistent, clear communication, and the text updates were frequent but not overboard. I dropped it off after hours and got immediate notification the next morning that Will had started to evaluate my vehicle for the insurance estimate which was completed in prompt and timely manner. Joe did a fantastic job on the body work! He was able to match the grille I had previously upgraded to and installed before the deer wrecked it, he is clearly highly knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. I live on a dirt road so it’s not often that I see my car as squeaky clean as Mike made it when I returned to pick it up this morning. I’m very impressed with how professional, hard working, and organized the team was even with the holiday rapidly approaching. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs services the shop can provide!

My car was involved in a hit and run and I chose Caliber for my repairs. They got my car in quickly, provided me with updates that eased my mind, and repaired my car in a week! I was provided a rental car through my insurance, which they had ready for me at the time I dropped off my car. All of the staff were very helpful and guided me through the process! My car looks better than when I first purchased it! Thank you!!

Our car was hit and required repair, I won't deny that I was pushing to take our car to our dealership, however due to insurance reasons we took it to this location for the first time. Not only did they repair the damage and made the car look as new, when I noticed a bubble when I went to pick up the car, they took care of it right then and there. They were so friendly and attentive to our needs and requests. They even did detailing on the inside and gave our car a bath.
I can't even express how impressed I am all around from the car coming back looking brand new to how wonderful the customer service was. And we didnt need to return our rental as we were able to leave it there to be picked up by the rental company.
I really do recommend taking your car to this location if you have body damage, they did not disappoint at all. Thank you for all your hard work to make our car look how it did before the accident. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

BE WARNED! Not recommended! Had my vehicle repaired here in 5/2025 for a passenger side accident. Repairs were made quicker than I expected. The body work looked nice but that was it! There was damage done to the tie rod, strut, shock, suspension and everyone knows you should do both sides not just one as this will off balance the vehicle causing stiffness to one side. Due to not replacing both sides, this has caused noticeable wear and tear to my passenger side front tire which is a sign of a suspension issues (being off balance). This is a new vehicle, this should not be happening, I have had my tires rotated at every oil change since I bought it. I was advised new tires are needed and that tires are the cause of the problem, hard steering and stiffness. This is not true! This was a cheap quick fix that the shop did. The shop offered to install new tires (if I purchase them) after I notified them of my concerns. A customer with little knowledge would have just bought tires but this would have hid the true problem for a longer duration as it would take more time for tires to start showing improper wear and tear. Now I will have to get my vehicle repaired for a second time (correctly). Come here if you'd like to have your vehicle half ass fixed and be told something stupid because they wanted to save money.

Horrible, they completely failed to address the electrical issues resulting from my accident and now my car keeps going dead. I got a brand new alternator, following caliper collision's advice, and my car is still a 4,000 pound paper weight. Don't go there for anything electric, they can't fix it and will make a mint off your repair and then leave you high and dry.
