A great place if you need to apply for a loan of any kind it seems their interest rates are lower than Banks and they are very helpful have been a member for quite some time wouldn't change for any reason

While attempting to pay my loan I was asked what my occupation is and my social security number with a lobby full of people. When I asked why I needed to provide this information after paying this loan for months I was told by the teller “idk but this is how we do it”. Educate yourself and be a little wiser with your next customer transaction. You were unprofessional and failed to provide a legitimate reason for these questions, wonderful way of doing business.

Just went in today to figure out my online banking and the sweetest woman, Stephanie Villa, took me in with no appointment to help me get set. She made sure to not let me leave without not knowing anything, helped me completely and made sure I thoroughly understood how online banking works and prepared me for future endeavors with it. Great people here!

Banking is a scam. This one thrives in it! Told they can expedite card and be here in 3 days. On 3rd day no show and now telling me to spend $25 cause it was "never expedited". Never banking here again
